做法: 將以上除了橄欖油以外的材料在一小碗裡打勻,再慢慢加入橄欖油用打蛋器打到乳化為止。或者可以直接將所有材料放進一小瓶,加蓋手搖到油乳化。也可以將所有材料放進食物處理機或果汁機打到乳化。
Procedure: Whisk all the ingredients except for the olive oil in a small bowl. Then gradually add the olive oil, whisking until emulsified. You can also shake the ingredients in jar or process them in a blender.
